Jesus Luz by Mariano Vivanco For Italian GQ

After walking the Dolce & Gabbana runway, Jesus Luz was lucky enough to get the Mariano Vivanco  treatment for a new Italian GQ feature. Mariano describes Jesus as being ‘humble, hard working and an overall cool guy.’ You know, I have been hearing only good things about Jesus from the people who actually work and interact with him. So let’s forget about the silly media and give this young Brazilian a chance. He’s rocking those D&G undies!

Dolce & Gabbana’s Menswear F/W Campaign by Steven Klein

As I was hoping, the rest of the ads from the Dolce & Gabbana Menswear Fall 2009-Winter 2010 campaign are much better than the first ad we saw. In fact, I really like the campaign as a whole, and I think Steven Klein did a good job. Many people hate the presence of Jesus Luz and the Photoshopped scenes, but I actually like them. It’s D&G, and it’s their signature style to have many models crammed in each ad. The boxing theme inspired by the movie “Rocco e I Suoi Fratelli” and the struggle between the characters lends an emotional depth and dramatic story to the ads.
